Returns

  • You have [7] days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For digital items, refunds are only issued if the product has not been used or activated.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement.
